David, thank you and Gibraltar for all you've done to secure the best price for our family and we note and appreciate your professional approach to real estate.

Kathryn Irvine February, 2025

My husband and I are the buyers in this situation and we would like to thank David for being so honest and open with the whole process. We are first home buyers and naturally had no idea how the process of buying a home works. David was great in explaining the steps to us and was always open about what to expect next. Thank you to David for also being on the side of the buyer. Hopefully we get to see David around the Highlands.
Cheers!!

One word: exceptional.

The service David provided us with was an incomparable calibre of its own.

His professional guidance and regular communication maintained our confidence amid a challenging market, and his outstanding skills and personable approach achieved us an excellent sales result, despite the difficult season for vendors.

Overall, David went above and beyond to deliver an ethical and successful campaign that was both gratifying and fruitful.

We would recommended him entirely.

We are very happy that we went with David from Gibraltar Real Estate as he was passionate about the process of selling our home, and he worked very hard for us. Having Open Homes every Saturday and Sunday helped to attract the right buyer and negotiate a strong offer within four weeks. His competitive commission meant we saved good money and his regular updates left us with no doubt as to the sales process.

We engaged David, the Licensee of Gibraltar Real Estate, to sell our home of 30+ years.

He came to us with a clear marketing plan, enthusiasm for the property and a strong desire to work hard for us.

Holding both Saturday and Sunday Open Homes allowed the market to view the property twice as often, which set our property apart from others on the market. David communicated with us at every point including the negotiation strategy.

We highly recommend David to others wishing to sell their home.

The sales data speaks for itself. I can certainly not recommend Gibraltar Real Estate highly enough. Excellent Service!

What can we say??
WOW!!
From our first interaction with David we knew that we would be seeing a lot more of him in the near future.
His wealth of knowledge regarding the area we were looking at was outstanding, his commitment and dedication was truly remarkable.
We are so grateful we came across someone so genuine, committed and hardworking which in turn made our experience easy and relatively stress free.

David managed the sale of our property flawlessly. He responded promptly to our initial enquiry, guided us through the sale process, worked with the photographer to showcase our property. David provided helpful advice on what to focus on for open homes, and negotiated an offer we would accept after 1 open home! After enquiring of several agents, his energy, enthusiasm and attentiveness is unmatched in the marketplace.
